How does the transfer in airport

After the transfer order on our website, if necessary, we may contact you to clarify further details. After arrival at the airport, your driver will wait for you at the exit from the terminal with a sign on which your name (which you specified during the transfer order)

If the specified time you will not find the driver, then we will contact you by phone number (which you specified during the transfer order) and and help you to meet your driver. It will help you to load the luggage into the car and help to live in a hotel, if necessary.

In the reverse transfer from Paris to the airport the driver will also help you with your luggage and can hold up to reception if necessary.

In a letter confirming your order will be shown your driver's phone number. And if at passport control or baggage claim you will be late - you can tell it to your driver. Each airport has free Wi-Fi, if you phone is in roaming, you can dial it via Viber or Whatsapp.
